The ruling United Russia party is planning to create a special commission to prepare party staff and will embrace ideological and agitation work among the younger generation, the ITAR TASS news agency reports.
The Co-chairmen of the new commission are Andrey Isaev and Alexey Chesnakov.
The most important aim of the commission is to build a system of party schools, Isaev said. "In the nearest future the commission will discuss a party school project, afterwards it will be discussed by the party General Council. We want to renew the party and to create more mobile and effective mechanisms," Isaev added.
"We think it is very important because people cannot work in the party if they are not aware of its ideology, values, and goals," he added.
