Opposition Coordination Council elected; Navalny to lead

With all of the Opposition Coordination Council(OCC) votes counted, the head of the CC will with be activist and head of anti-corruption fund "Rospil" Alexei Navalny. This was reported on the Central Election Commision website on Tuesday.
Over 43,723 people voted for Navalny. Second place went to writer Dmitry Bykov, who received 38,520 votes, and was Garry Kasparov, who received 33,849 votes.
The council also inducted Ksenia Sobchak, Ilya Yashin, Dmitry Gudkov, Eugene Chirikov, Suren Ghazaryan, and Boris Nemtsov. A full list of the members of OCC can be found here in russian.
Voting was conducted online and at special polling stations in the regions of Russia. The elections were originally scheduled for 20 and 21 October, but due to a hacker attack, the vote was extended to 20.00 on Monday, 22 October.
There were 209 candidate in competition for 45 seats in the OCC . There were 166,578 people registered to vote in the elections, but only 81,801 voted.
