Vitaly Milonov, Saint Petersburg assembly member and author of the scandalous law against homosexual propaganda, has threatened Madonna with a fine for "Homosexual propaganda among minors" if she keeps her promise and speaks her mine about this law at her summer concert in Saint Petersburg.
If Madonna or one of the organizers breaks the law, they will be punished: the singer could be fined 5,000 rubles
Milonov also promised to come to Madonna's concert "to control its moral content". "I'm ready to personally suffer a couple of hours of her concert," he told Interfax.
Earlier, Madonna called this law a ridiculous atrocity on her facebook page and promised to speak up during her concert in Saint Petersburg.
Milonov assured everyone that his law will "Guard the morals and save children from libertinage". He declared he wanted to ban Rammstein from concerts in his city. Earlier he offered to use Cossacks as 'moral police'.
